Communication

You cannot have a relationship without communication.  Think about all the relationships we have in life. We have relationships with our spouse, children, friends, co-workers and family.  Our most important relationship is with God. It is impossible to have a relationship with him without communication. We communicate to him through prayer and thoughts, he communicates with us through the bible. He established a direct link of communication, so that we can know him and build a  personal relationship with him. A great example of his love and desire for his children to know him is sending Jesus. I am so humbled and grateful that he never gives up on us. Even when we close the door of communication to him. He still stands at the door to our heart eagerly ready to come in.

John 5:20 We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true. And we are in him who is true—even in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.
